Qualifications:

  • Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer and currently studying towards Nutrition and Corrective Exercise qualifications

  • REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals Register)

  • Fully insured

  • Qualified First Aider


Process:

  • Consultation (free) - a chat and a coffee to get to know each other and discuss your goals

  • Assessment - a health and fitness assessment at my/your home to identify any mobility issues, imbalances and your current fitness level

  • Get to work - time to put your personalised programme into action!


Price

  • Free initial consultation

  • £40 per 1 hour session

  • £120 for 3 x 1 hour sessions

  • £350 for 10 x 1 hour sessions
